Lazy Days of Summer Hop!

Lazy Days of Summer – Jul. 27-Aug. 1, 2012

Hosted by Colorimety & I Am A Reader, Not A Writer

The book Random Magic, by Sasha Soren, is filled with quirky,
colorful characters and places – but it’s also about an unexpected journey.

We thought it’d be fun to offer something quirky and colorful, that would
also be useful for unexpected journeys. So, on this hop stop, you can
win a cute beach bag that’ll make you smile every time you look at it
– and it’ll also be handy for holding some of the books you might win
elsewhere on this hop.

All that’s left for you to do is toss in one or two summer reads, find
a spot for your towel or beach lounge, and treat yourself to cool
drink with a little umbrella in it.

A DAY AT THE BEACH? SURE, LET’S GO!

Details: Summer is filled with sunshine and bright colors, so it’s a
perfect excuse to break out something vivid, in cheerful colors. Why

the two quirky beach bags shown below.

INTERESTED IN RANDOM MAGIC?

If you’re curious about the book, Random Magic, by Sasha Soren,
here’s a bit more about this title.

When absent-minded Professor Random misplaces the main
character from Alice in Wonderland, young Henry Witherspoon must
book-jump to fetch Alice before chaos theory kicks in and the world
vanishes.

Along the way he meets Winnie Flapjack, a wit-cracking doodle witch
with nothing to her name but a magic feather and a plan. Such as it
is.

Henry and Winnie brave the Dark Queen, whatwolves, pirates, Strüths,
and fluttersmoths, Priscilla and Charybdis, obnoxiously cheerful
vampires, Baron Samedi, a nine-dimensional cat, and one perpetually
inebriated Muse to rescue Alice and save the world by tea time.
